March   

Marching to create complex patterning, developing spatial awareness, core strength, rhythm and deportment.

Clubs

This is probably the most challenging routine to perform correctly. Circular swings with wooden clubs develop fine motor skills, hand-eye coordination, multitasking, and rhythm.

Rods   

Manipulating a metal rod with movement, developing technical skills, hand-eye coordination and multi-tasking.

Free Exercise  

A creative series of strength and flexibility-developing core strength, strength, flexibility and deportment.

Aesthetics

Graceful movements are technically placed and interpreted, developing musical appreciation, grace, poise, and emotional expression.

Rhythmic Dance  

Graceful and elevated movements are technically placed and interpreted, developing rhythm, dance, expressive storytelling, leaps and leg extension for running and other sports.

Song and Dance 

Singing with dance and expression, developing dance, vocal, stamina and breathing.

Dance Arrangement

Dance and interpretation developing spatial awareness, dance, elevation, expression and performance skills.

Calisthenic Revue   

A creative performance developing performance skills, acting, creative expression and confidence.
